1. When does the hourly rate start?
Unlike other companies who start the clock when the limo leaves the base, our hourly rates begin when the car arrives at your doorstep*. It
ends at your final destination.
* Travel charges may be applied for destinations more than 25 miles from our base in Simi Valley, California.
2. What vehicles do you offer for hire?
We specialize in 10-passenger Lincoln Stretch Limousines custom designed for us by Tiffany. Should you need a different vehicle, just let us
know.
3. Do you add the driver’s gratuity? Are there any additional fees?
Unlike most other companies, we believe that a tip is earned not taken. That’s why we do not automatically add a gratuity to your bill. We
are so confident in our “Silver Service” approach that you’ll want to tip our drivers. And if we don’t provide you with outstanding service,
plain and simple, we don’t deserve a tip. There are no additional refueling fees, although we do charge any governmentally mandated taxes or
PUC fees.
4. What is your cancellation policy?
Once we reserve the vehicle for your exclusive use, we cannot market that vehicle to anyone else, thus we do not offer refunds. We will
issue a gift certificate, for the full value of your payment, for your use in the future. For VIP customers, we will simply charge for one
hour in case of cancellation.
5. How are your chauffeurs dressed?
Our chauffeurs are professionally attired, dressed in dark suits or coat and tie..
6. Do you have a minimum number of hours?
Yes, our minimum is 4 hours for standard hire. One-way transfers and VIP Clients have a 2-hour minimum; airport runs are priced at a flat
fee.
